What is an Alive Challenge?

Alive offers an array of exciting challenges designed around a specific theme or goal, featuring daily activities that are both structured and progressive. Along the way, you'll engage in workouts, supplemental events, get inspired by motivational quotes, and reflect through journaling, keeping you focused and inspired from start to finish. It’s the perfect way to jump into short-term growth and stay committed to your progress! Challenges are designed to be completed on their own, but can pair alongside any of our programs as desired. Alive subscriptions offer access to every challenge in the Alive app.

What is the difference between an Alive Challenge and a Program?

The key difference between an Alive Challenge and an Alive Program lies in their duration, focus, and structure.

Alive Challenges are short-term, lasting 21-45 days, designed to provide a focused, progressive experience around a specific theme or goal. Alive challenges progress daily.

On the other hand, Alive Programs are long-term, ranging from 8 to 52 weeks, and emphasize physical fitness development with self-paced progression. These programs are designed for ongoing skill improvement and can be completed multiple times, with the flexibility to adjust difficulty levels and resume progress if a day is missed.

Both offer access to all content through an Alive subscription, but challenges are more about short-term focus, while programs are about sustainable, long-term fitness growth.
