Listen Linda, you NEED this app. I have always been skeptical of workout apps. I have been working out for years and I know what I'm doing I used to work for a personal training company. However, I felt kind of burnt out and just wasn't really feeling my workouts. I LOVE Whitney and everything she stands for so I decided to get her app to switch up my workouts to get in great shape for my wedding. $15 a month is literally a steal for this app. It's like having a personal trainer. I am so motivated to do my workouts I haven't missed a day in over a month. I love that the rests are timed it gets me in and out of the gym and keeps me from being distracted on my phone etc. It even motivates me to do abs um...who is she?!? I literally cannot say enough good things about this app. I have told basically everyone I know about it. Whitney is a goddess.

Keep coming back.
Whenever I am ready to get back into my fitness routine I come to this app. It helps me feel comfortable in the gym but also at home. I love how much care and effort has been put into Alive which makes it fun and easy to incorporate no matter your fitness level. Thank you, Whitney!

My one and only.
I have been using this app for years. I love it so much! I love the layout of it, all the workout programs are super effective. I am always sore! It makes working out so automatic. The workouts are easy to follow with the way the app is set up. Whitney is an amazing influencer and she has done such a great job with this app! I have used other ones over the years but I have ALWAYS come back to this one. It’s literally the best workout app I have ever used. Use it!!

Loves it.
I got this app a little over 2 years ago and used it to gain knowledge about the foundations of lifting. I still love it. I love not having to plan my workouts and I love that the program has the whole week planned out for me and if I don’t get to it, I can easily skip a day and still get right back on track. I also love how Whitney posts videos that show you the correct form. Everything about it is genius and would recommend to anyone, especially those starting out their journey and those wanting to expand their workouts and gain knowledge! Pop of Whitney !

LOVE the new “replace” feature. I’ve been loving this app for years now - and always appreciated the ability to sub out the exercises for equipment I don’t have. But the latest update makes it even easier and lets you save the alternate exercise. Such good UX!

Having a program where I could start as a beginner and gradually push myself towards more challenging workouts was incredibly motivating for me! Now that I’ve completed five programs and just started the Elevate program, I’ve gained a tremendous amount of confidence in the gym. Alive, and Alive Phase 2 were honestly my favorite programs, solely because starting out in the gym I was always extremely nervous to workout around other people! Both of these programs gave me the confidence to know that everything I was doing made sense and having a plan made me feel less nervous in the gym. I loved how with the Alive program I was able to really find a balance between everything, from legs to full body, and even upper body! I learned to embrace each workout (and surprisingly fell in love with upper body days) and I loved knowing everyday I could walk into the gym knowing exactly what I was doing. All that to be said, the Alive programs really changed my confidence when it came to the gym, and that’s what allowed me to make such healthy changes overall in my life!

I first started my journey with the Alive app 3 years ago when I was just 8 weeks postpartum with my son. I was severely overweight and my body always hurt. Once I started the at home workouts on the app, I was hooked. I really like how there are different variations of workouts I could choose from if I didn’t have certain equipment at home. I found the Alive App on Whitney’s TikTok account. I had watched Whit’s videos for a while, especially her mic’d up workouts, and thought to myself “I really just need to download this app”, so simply enough, I did. When I first started navigating my way through the app I landed on the “Legs Get It” program. It was then I realized I had some work to put in, but this was everything I wanted to focus on in one well-rounded program! My main focus and goal was to tone my legs and core. This program with 3 days of lower body focused workouts was PERFECT for my fitness goals! I stuck with the Phase 1 & Phase 2 and saw pretty extensive results all while having fun doing so. I even had my husband going in on the fun. I’m so proud of myself and I’m so grateful for the Alive App team for all the efforts, dedication, hard work, and support they put into their community. 🩵
